GMP Washer settled in Chengdu Institute of Biological Products and successfully completed factory acceptance test (FAT)

In the third quarter of 2021, two GMP washers from the Eurping are ready to be sent out, and will be sent to the Chengdu Institute of Biological Products, to undertake the work of cleaning bottles, canned parts, and connecting pipes used in the vaccine production process.But before shipment, there is another key step that is indispensable,the factory acceptance test (FAT).Customers from Chengdu Institute of Biological Products were invited to the Eurping to conduct FAT on appearance, material, performance and other indicators.

Chengdu Institute of Biological Products is affiliated to China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporation and has been committed to the research of medical microbiology, immunology, cell engineering and genetic engineering, and has made indelible contributions to China's immunization.

At the verification site, the customer from Chengdu Institute of Biological Products made exchanges and verifications on material issues, piping design, interface operations, data query, storage and other important issues required by GMP.

The materials of GMP washer and the parts in contact with the utensils and cleaning water are all made of pharmaceutical grade materials.The piping design in accordance with the 2D standard that meets the international requirements, and interface operation is easy, data can be queried and exported to PDF format for verification.

After the FAT, the customer made a satisfactory evaluation of the Eurping GMP washer. Soon after, the GMP washer will appear in the vaccine production workshop of Chengdu Institute of Biological Products to contribute to vaccine production. This is also the modest effort made by Eurping to produce vaccines to fight the epidemic.
