1. Control system
The screen supports automatic hibernation and manual wake-up during operation. It provides real-time display of water inlet flow rate, cleaning program, cleaning stage, time, pipeline pressure monitoring data, and other parameters. It automatically records the operating status of each electrical component.
2. Circulatory system
The circulation pump uses soft-start and variable frequency control, allowing adjustment of pump frequency to vary the circulation volume.
3. Piping system
3.1 The pure water booster pump is built inside the machine.
3.2 The instrument supplies water to the cleaning basket from the rear. The cleaning basket adopts a FL-EXCH module design, with each 1/2 module being independently replaceable
3.3 This equipment features a dual-channel cleaning agent function, capable of pumping alkaline and acidic cleaning agents according to program requirements.
4 Safety protection system
4.1 The electronic safety lock adopts EULA electric door opening and automatic door lock technology. When the clean room is at high temperature, the door is prohibited from being opened.
4.2 Water heater overheat protection, water pump overheat protection, real-time water leakage monitoring. The machine will automatically resume operation after water supply is restored. The program retains memory after power failure
