1 Instrument Structure
1.1 Outer shell material: 304 stainless steel; Inner chamber material: 316 stainless steel.
1.2 Cleaning chamber volume: 190 L; Inner chamber size: 545×565×620 (mm); The cleaning chamber is compression molded.
2 Control System
2.1 The control system uses microcomputer chip control (non‑PLC). It is equipped with an 8.8‑inch or larger touch control system, with 30 built‑in standard programs and 120 self‑defined programs.
2.2 The screen supports automatic sleep during operation and manual wake‑up. It displays real‑time water inflow, cleaning program, cleaning stage, time, pipeline pressure monitoring data and other parameters.
2.3 The instrument automatically records the operating status of every electrical component throughout the entire cleaning process.
3 Circulation System
3.1 The circulation pump adopts soft start design, with a circulation rate of 0–400 L/min. It can be adjusted by frequency conversion in the program as required.
4 Pipeline System
4.1 The pure water booster pump is built inside the machine.
4.2 The instrument supplies water to the cleaning basket from the rear. The basket adopts FL‑EXCH module design and is freely interchangeable; each 1/2 module can be swapped independently for flexible use.
4.3 It is equipped with dual‑channel cleaning agent function, pumping alkaline cleaning agent and acidic cleaning agent according to program requirements.
5 Safety Protection System
5.1 Electronic safety lock with EULA electric door opening and automatic door lock technology. Door opening is prohibited when the cleaning chamber is at high temperature.
5.2 Over‑temperature protection for water heating, over‑temperature protection for water pumps, real‑time water leakage monitoring. The machine automatically resumes after water supply restoration. The program retains memory after power failure; low cleaning agent level triggers automatic reminder.
5.3 Multi‑layer filter system prevents debris from clogging pipelines; a dedicated collection system is provided for debris.
6 Drying System
Box‑type drying technology is adopted.
