Purpose: Fully automated cleaning, disinfection, and drying of glassware, stainless steel utensils, silicone tubing, and specialty equipment commonly used in laboratories or production settings.
Cabinet doors feature double-layered hollow tempered glass with electric lift mechanisms, employing silicone rubber dynamic air-filled seals. Built-in lighting allows real-time observation of internal cleaning operations.
The interior cavity features rounded corners. All panels are constructed from 316L stainless steel, weld-free with a surface roughness Ra ≤0.4 µm.
Siemens S7-1200control system with 7 inch full color touch screen, includes at least 10 cleaning programs, an integrated emergency stop button, and a micro printer.
Users can customize 10 washing programs to meet diverse cleaning needs. Customers can freely edit washing parameters such as: washing duration, temperature, water source, detergent dosage, drying time, and drying temperature.
Circulating water volume 0-800 L/min, with variable frequency adjustment. The circulation pump achieves soft start and variable frequency operation through coordinated adjustment with the frequency converter.
Equipped with a pipeline pressure sensor for real-time monitoring of water pressure in the pipeline.
Equipped with a spray arm speed sensor for real-time monitoring of the cleaning chamber.
The cleaning machine must be equipped with a conductivity monitoring system capable of monitoring the conductivity value of the final rinse water and automatically determining the number of final rinses.
