Eurping Lab Glassware Washer: Safety & Stability Through Dual Protection
Reliable safety and stability of lab glassware washers rely on solid waterproof design and a clean water system. Water leakage damages equipment and contaminates the lab; polluted pure water pipes ruin experimental data accuracy. Tianjin Eurping’s lab glassware washer uses a dual-protection solution to eliminate leakage and contamination risks at the source!
Triple Water Inlet Protection: No Overflow Risks
It’s equipped with a high-precision flow meter. It calculates water intake in real time, displayed on the screen for clear visibility. Dual upper-limit liquid level switches act as backup. If the flow meter fails, the switches trigger protection instantly—cutting off water supply automatically to stop overflow from excess water.

Intelligent Emergency Response: Quick & Hassle-Free
Even if accidental leakage occurs, the washer responds fast. It has a built-in high-sensitivity leak detector. When leakage is detected, it immediately stops the cleaning cycle, activates the drain pump to remove standing water, and shows a clear alert on the screen for easy troubleshooting. This prevents leakage from spreading, damaging nearby gear or contaminating the floor.

Pipe Anti-Contamination: Clean Water for Reliable Data
To keep pure water clean, Eurping controls every detail from pipe design to components. The pure water solenoid valve isolates the inner chamber when not in use, only opening accurately during operation to block external contamination. The pure water booster pump uses dedicated PPR pure water-grade pipes—antibacterial, anti-contamination, and perfect for pure water transport. These pipes lead straight to the cleaning chamber with no dead ends, ensuring clean washing water and accurate experimental data.
